What are the documents to be submitted ?
The documents to be submitted from Playgroup to Class – I are :
Photocopies of the following :
- Aadhar Card of the child
- Proof of age (birth certificate)
- Proof of residence address
- Medical Certificate of dyslexic of the child and an original certificate of medical fitness from a registered medical practitioner.
- Vaccination card
- Four photographs of the child
- Three Photographs of parents
- In "Transfer case", a certificate from the employer stating the details of posting/transfer to
Agra along with the joining letter.
- In case of single parent proof of their single status from a competent authority.
- Latest fee Receipt of the sibling if studying in GDGPS Agra
NOTE :
There is no interview / Interaction with the Child for admission .
The documents which are to be submitted for Class II to XI are:
Photocopies of the following :
- Aadhar Card of the child
- Proof of age (birth certificate)
- Proof of residence address
- Report Card of the previous school
- Transfer Certificate ( in original ) to be submitted at the time of admission
- Four photographs of the child.
