- Aadhaar Card of the child
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate)
- Proof of residential address
- Original medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner (and medical certificate in case of dyslexia / special learning needs, if applicable)
- Vaccination / Immunization card
- Four passport-size photographs of the child
- Three passport-size photographs of each parent
- In case of transfer/relocation: a certificate from the employer stating the details of posting/transfer to Agra along with the joining letter
- In case of a single parent: proof of single parent status from a competent authority
- Latest fee receipt of the sibling (if already studying in GDGPS Agra)
NOTE:
There is no interview or formal interaction with the child for admission.
